Applied through a recruiter, was asked to complete a technical interview through github, it was technically difficult but I much preferred doing a technical interview this way as you can spend time perfecting what you have.
Had a second interview with the head of engineering discussed the project and my experience for the first half then the second half had some ways of working interview questions with two senior engineers.
The third interview was with the CTO and COO, to learn about the company culture and them to get to know you personally.
The technical interview was difficult but the rest was more to get to know you which shows they appreciate their employees and want to get a good fit instead of trying to grill new employees
