Applied online and 9 days later a recruiter emailed me stating she wanted to schedule a 30 min phone interview. Had the phone interview 5 days after that, went well no complaints. Two days later the recruiter said the hiring manager wants to have a 30 min zoom interview with me, I let her know my time and wait. Apparently I was never CC’d on that confirmation with the grind manager because two days later he emails me and said am I ready for the interview & then calls 5 min after that email. WHAT?! So I scramble to look presentable not prepared and have the video interview. So unprofessional . After that I never heard back after sending multiple emails so they just ghost their interviewees
