Interviewer was 15 minutes late. Didn’t know what “fintech” was and asked me to repeat myself more than just a few times (could hear typing in the background and sounded like more note taking was going on than listening). Overall, this was a very weird interview. I don’t feel like I was asked any real questions. The only question I was asked was if I was comfortable being an individual contributor and also comfortable working at a company that has most of its growth through acquisitions of other companies.
