The first interview with HR went well—she asked general questions and inquired about my salary expectations. The second interview was also decent, though I believe the community managers could benefit from additional training on how to interview candidates effectively. The manager stated it was a good interview, yet I still received a rejection email. I’m quite disappointed that I wasn’t given the opportunity to demonstrate my capabilities further in the next stage, which would have tested my front desk handling skills—something I have extensive experience with and am fully confident in. Based on this experience, I believe they should be more tactful when rejecting candidates and I would not be inclined to interview with WeWork again.
