J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez WeWork (Philadelphia, PA) en août 2015
Entretien
Two month process, first interview was quick with HR who was the most professional. After that it was all down hill. Other contacts insisted on Google Hangouts which is buggy and difficult to understand. I spent a weekend using it and then Monday they rescheduled. Community lead never answers any emails. Frustrated to the max when finally I get a third interview, HOWEVER, I needed to take a 2.5 hour test with many math questions which I nailed. During the interview I asked what my score was they stated we do not grade them. So again a waste of time. Finally after several changes in schedule I was requested to go to NYC from Phila to compete for the job in a community interview. Never had this request seems like Survivor Episode. The only issue was the company does NOT pay your travel expenses. How nice!!!!!!

Entretien
Very professional and relevant to the job. Respect my time. Had one interview. Got the answers fast. Kept in touch though the entire process. Explained the role as needed and answered all
My questions.
Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
