First you talk to HR to see if you are the right fit, then if you pass, you talk to the manager, and then if you pass, you talk to the Area director. After about 2-3 weeks you will hear weather or not you got it.

Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.
