Interviewed twice, three weeks apart. Both people seemed to love me. Had to do a RIDICULOUS design exercise and because my current job is so hectic, I spent two nights with no sleep doing it. Then they waited about a month to tell me (two days after my friend who had referred me) that they were going to go another way. Total waste of time. If your ready to jump into a crazy chaotic environment and hope to stay afloat, have at it. But my advice, and the advice of my friend who left them, run don't walk.
