HR contacted me for a role in Amsterdam since they "loved my CV" and wanted to pass my CV over to the responsible hiring manager. I was open for further talks but didn't hear anything back for 10 days. After asking 2 times if there are any news concerning the interview, they told me, the hiring manager "loved my CV" too, but for a role in another country. I had to pass since I want to be close to my family but was curious in what kind of role they see me and ask them for feedback. Never heard back from them.
All in all a great vision of the company but bad execution.
Very simple and easy process. About 3/4 phone calls, all were very nice and decent questions. Not much different from other interview processes. Nothing remarkable about it. I would recommend you to do it.
It was a good experience aside from the fact that, they asked me to put in quite a bit of effort into the pitch for new business ideas, but once they had my ideas; having said they liked it, didn't respond with a yes or no. After some pursuing they responded that they filled the position internally

3 month long process filled with confusion, inconsistency and chaos. I was referred for an employee and very qualified for the position. Went through 4 rounds and dealt with 2 interview date changes, and a canceled in person interview the morning of the interview. This company is so disorganized and does not respect people’s time and energy during the interview process. The ended up telling me they chose to hire internally at the last minute. Total waste of time.
