The recruitment staff even dont know how to conduct a proper interview. All for name sake only.
Is it really possible to assess a 9 plus years of person with 3 to 4 mins of interview call ?
But "YES", WeInvest can do and did the same.
Dont know why these kind of tech staff always play with people like me. What exactly they are looking for ? These kind of people should understand that they are about to give a LIFE to a person but here they are not.

Exploratory call scheduled by HR after understanding the work I do. I made it clear to the HR that I do not have experience in the tech stack they work on (Ruby On Rails). In spite of that a call was scheduled.
