It took about three weeks from start to finish. I applied through a job posting and received an email from their in house recruiter. She was informative and explained the whole process for me. After the phone screening she asked me for a time that was convenient for me to have a phone interview with the Director of Recruitment. That lasted about an hour. A couple of days went by and the recruiter called me to set up my final interview. It was completely unlike was I was expecting. Everyone was so down to earth. Warm smiles, genuine handshakes and very open about answering all of my questions.
