J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WeGoLook (Oklahoma City, OK) en avr. 2018
Entretien
Wegolook utilizes a typical interview process. During the on-site interview I was greeted by the developer and not the recruiter or human resources. This was somewhat surprising as the developer made a bad impression with his low enthuasiam or small talk. The face to face interview involved the developer and architect with a majority of the questions technically focus and minimal project management or methodology scenarios. They described the tech stack used at WGL to spur conversation rather than facilitate a more formal question and answer session. Towards the middle of the interview the COO walked in and mentioned he accidentally walked in the wrong room. I could tell this was planned as the developer and architect had smurks on their faces. At this time I graciously took the opportunity to introduce myself and conversate with the COO. Furthermore I mentioned I was coming in from out of town and would be willing to chat with him later during my visit or even the next day. The COO thanked me for the offer and mentioned he would get back to me. The entire interaction with the COO lasted a mere five minutes.
After completing the interview with the developer and architect, I was given a tour by the developer of the facilities. During this time I did interact with the technical team briefly. Before exiting the building I had an opportunity to finally meet human resources as she had to be pulled from a meeting. Our conversation was brief as well as I could tell her state of mind was still in the previous room (meeting). As I left the building I knew WGL would not be a fit for myself due to the disorganization of the onsite interview and trickery.
