I heard back within 1 day of applying and was offered an interview with either one or two days to prepare. This meant that I had a rather small amount of time to research and prepare myself for the interview with potential employers. Once I attended the interview, there were elements of the job that were not included in the job description when applying for the position, which was a major part of the role that they required. I felt like this was somewhat of an unfair advantage as the communication of the job description itself was poor. Furthermore, in addition to the job description not being advertised correctly, We Are Digital also lack communication skills as a whole, they informed me that I would hear back within the beginning of the following week and will be provided with feedback, however, I never heard from them again about the outcome of my interview and their decision. This was a serious letdown as it just shows that for an organisation that prides itself on communication, the people that work there do not practice it and lack those vital skillsets.
