Very quick to hire (after just one in-person interview). Unfortunately, the reason for this is that they're also quick to fire. The average life expectancy of a CSM/CSR is about 1 year. It's rare that a CSM/CSR lasts beyond 3 years. More of a "stepping stone" type role.

Depends who your interviewer is. In general they're going to want to know how creative you are, because job success is tied to your ability to convince prospects to use a piece of footage which may not exactly fit their scenario.
