Following my application it took about 5 weeks to be invited to an interview. I had an intital phone interview, the interviewer was very friendly and relaxed and just asked very simple questions, i.e: knowledge about Wayfair, chat through my own experience and qualifications for the position. I heard back the next day and was invited to a second interview. This interview was primarily situational based questions. I did not get any further in the process however every encounter I had was very positive and when I asked for feedback i got a phonecall the following day. All in all a positive experience. Just know that if you are interviewing for a similar role there can be up to 5 individual interviews to go through.
