Initial interview conducted over the phone. If liked then called in by a recruiter for a face to face with an area manger to determine eligibility. Talked to an area recruiter on the phone for an interview, then was passed on to the Area manager for a face to face.

Average interview. Two upper management personnel conducted the interview. Lasted about 30 minutes. Found out about a week later that I got the position. Setting was relaxed. Questions were basic talk about passed experiences and what could I bring to the job

General questions. Lasted about an hour. Easy interview. Offered job few days later. Talked about past jobs. Asked why wawa. Knowledge about them. I recommend do ur research. Make sure u can handle the work load. I love it

Was over the phone first then went in person for interveiw. Was easy laid back interveiewer was area manager at the time. Was offered MIT position so i could decide what position fit me better.
