Interviewed with an elder lady hired on the spot due to high deman and turnover rates The interview process took about 2 weeks not because of the background but because wawa had a problem in their system. I guess a lot of people with the sand name applied there which was odd
It was chill they don’t expect that much from you but you just do what you’re told to do and you’ll be Alright. Good luck working for them in the future!
It was barely an interview, very easy to pass. They asked only like one question, and then started get the information to give me a job offer. They seemed really desperate.

They ask you normal questions that normal interviews ask. Just look up questions online and you should be good to go. For example a situation you dealt with a co-worker you didn’t work well with, etc.
