I did not apply to work for Wavsys. Wavsys is a recruiting company that submitted me to tech companies for Software Developer jobs. Problem: The recruiter consistently ignored all of my requests over and over and over again. It's clear that this person cared nothing for finding me a job I wanted... only about getting paid. I consistently asked not to be submitted for jobs without job descriptions. This person consistently ignored this and asked to represent me giving only a company and job title: no description, no skill set listing, no division/team name. I asked only to be considered for backend developer positions. This person regularly sent me full-stack positions. Finally, I asked not to be submitted to a particular company any more... and this person emailed me two days later with only a job title (and nothing else) asking for permission to represent me.
