Entretien
Starts with a facetime/zoon interview with their hiring manager, then a facetime/zoom with one of the location managers. Afterwards, you move into an in-person interview where you get in the water and experience the pool for a couple hours. If passing all of that, you move to a final interview.

Questions are general, about yourself, your experience with children. They asked about how you handled certain situations at previous jobs, such as dissatisfied clients, conflicts with managers, and how much time you take off.
