One brief phone interview followed by in person interviews with five different people in five different offices. Each was about 5-10 minutes, mostly gauging my personality and work ethic. It is a very small staff so I felt they wanted to be sure I would fit it personally as well as professionally. I was told that afternoon that they wanted to offer me the position and I accepted.
