The interview process was lengthy but standard for a school: I spent a full day meeting with different staff members and students in 30-45 minute interview segments. I felt that it was intense and draining, but no different from other school interviews I have been through in the past. It provides the candidate with a good sense of the school and the school with a good sense of the candidate.
