The interview process consists of a panel of HR and current employees who conduct a round table of about 10 questions and one skills /writing test. At the end they allow time for the candidate to ask questions. The questions/answers are scored and the highest scores are selected for the next round or hired.

Panel Interview- three to four personal panel with situational questions based on the STAR method. Every candidate is asked the same 10-12 questions. There may be a written component. You hear back from HR in 2-3 weeks.
