Standard industry processes. Applied online, sent in an application, waited a few weeks, was selected for further interview. Given a 2nd interview, job offer was made, I accepted. Contracts were signed, other paperwork completed and filled out a syllabus.

Entretien
Come into the room with teaching materials. They will give you the subject before hand. Give a 5-10 minute demo lesson with 2 "students". They are actually employees and will play dumb. A small interview will follow.
