quite specific and unexpected questions, practice was not good prep, involved acting type question which wasn't fair with such short prep time not a good indicator of ability makes feel stupid

The first interview is a self-recorded interview with improvisational questions. They include anything from pretending you're on a soundstage, to talking about an item in your room that means a lot to you.
