The first stage interview was a digital interview. There are a series of preset questions that come up on the screen. You get two attempts to respond within the timeframe given. Theoretically, your first response could be your "practice" response. Not sure if they can tell whether you took two tries to answer or not. It seems easy enough, although, I'd recommend really taking time to identify what the purpose of each question is.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took about 4 weeks. I interviewed at Turner Broadcasting (in Atlanta, GA). First, went through a phone interview. After, I was invited for a second, in-person interview. Interviewers were very friendly and it was easy to engage in conversation/answer questions. About a week after the second interview, I was contacted with an offer.
