Wargaming Recruiter reached out to me asking if I would be interested in position for 3d animator. I already have job, but I was curious to know what they have to offer. We had an interview. No info about the project (NDA), no info about the salary, I was asked how much I would like to get payed instead (it is not only about salary). After few weeks, they reach out me again, and asked me to do free animation test based on their video reference. I kindly refused to do it, and I was no longer considered for the role. Overall interview was nice, Recruiter was very kind and polite.

Entretien
Very professional approach and pleasant communication. Interesting test task, that covers a wide range of skills. Also it was needed to describe general approach during implementation. Cartoon style works better in any case:)
