Applied via LinkedIn. Was contacted fairly quickly for initial screening interview with internal recruiter. Then three interviews, one online and two in person. Was required to prepare and present a case study to illustrate how I would fulfil the role requirements. Communication was always quick and it was always clear what the next step in the process would be.

Entretien
One of the best interview processes (even though I wasn’t offered the job!) Their internal recruiter is very personable, communicative and ensured I was kept in the loop and well informed throughout the process. I also really appreciated the email follow up having not been offered the job as he gave me some really useful feedback and I really felt his well wishes were genuine.

Question 1
To complete a presentation on a case study using documentation and detailing approach to how I would deliver the project with the required outcomes. They also wanted to ensure I would be able to align with their policies and procedures and that I would be a good culture fit for the team.
