Very basic culture fit and personality questions. A couple technical questions such as "if you had $1 million to invest in real estate, where would it be and why?" Also, "how do you value a building?"

4 rounds, last one was in person superday. Earlier ones were zoom interviews with different team members in groups of 2 where you were asked about your background and asked technical questions related to real estate.

Interview process was manageable and very thought out. Prescreen interviews were friendly with a couple of real estate technicals that were fairly easy if you've had prior real estate internship experience.
