I found it difficult to gauge how well I was doing during the call, as the interviewer maintained a neutral tone and provided little verbal feedback or encouragement. This made the experience feel a bit one-sided, and I wasn’t sure whether my answers were landing the way I hoped. Overall, the interview felt more like a checklist than a conversation, which made it challenging to build a natural connection or show my personality.

The interview process was quick and done over the phone. I was greeted by a nice gentleman who asked me general questions about my ability to perform in the role and about how I would handle certain challenges in the workplace. I was asked about my personal experiences with Disney and past work experience too.
