It was a group interview, four in my session. We had to arrive 10 minutes beforehand to pick a product from the shop floor that was suitable for a 6 year old, we later had to explain our choice and sell the product. We then went into the backroom with the manager for the interview. He was very friendly and explained the job and the company background in quite a lot of depth. He wasn't so interested in your retail experience, i think it's more about how you come across as a person. It was a pleasant interview which felt relaxed, I don't think anybody felt under pressure. They're not going to quiz you on all things Disney so you don't need to full on revise for it, just have a favourite character in mind and you should be fine. Only Saturday interviews were offered to me (I work weekends) so I had to go on my lunch break, I wasn't in the best mood so I knew I probably wouldn't get the job, they said they would ring/email in the next week but I haven't heard anything, but they do kept your details and may contact further down the line.
