First submitted my resume to the district and then another to the school site principal. Called in for an interview with the principal and 2 other teachers on staff. Called the same day by the principal who interviewed me and offered me the job.

Entretien
Principal called me in for a 'private screening" interview. It was just me and him in the office.
He ask a lot of personal questions which I think are off limits. He asked if I was married and IF I kids. I was from Long Beach, so maybe he was hoping to meet a man on the DL like him? I DON'T KNOW.
IT WAS A VERY ODD INTERVIEW.
