I was invited to an initial chat for about half an hour. In this chat I discussed my experience and also asked a few questions about the company and team. I was then invited to a second stage interview in which I had to prepare a short presentation on a brand that me at something to me.

Spoke with a recruiter, had 1st interview with director of the team which was very insightful. 2nd stage was a take home data presentation task and a literacy / numeracy task which was completed at the end of a 2nd interview.
