It was short, unconventional, and business oriented. The steps before the interview involve a personality test, business related questions, then a technical question. There was only 1 interview where we have to explain our solution to the technical question then working through another.

The recruiters reached out for the assessment and never heard back after the assessment. I did the first round behavioral interview with senior engineering managers at a conference, and had the recruiters to sent me the assessment but never heard back after the assesement
