The interview was a 2 round process where I had initial get to know you questions and a tour of the building the first round. The second round were more application questions and "tell me about a time..." questions.

Entretien
Applied to walmart online to a non-specific position and heard back a month later. They invited me for a interview and I had a 1:1 with an hourly and a 1:1 with a salaried worker. The questions involved reviewing my availability and information from the online assessment and scenarios of job related situations. The salaried manager remarked that i gave good answers and they had a couple more people to interview so they would call me. I have yet to hear anything.
