First initial "interview" they called me in and I walked around with a manager who just explained the job to me. Then they never contacted me about the job or an offer until I constantly called them, then they set up an actual interview, which was hardly an interview, and I was hired on the spot after a couple quick questions.

I got hired immediately on the spot without any actual interview. A manager showed me the department I’ll be working at and said that I’ll have to wait for orientation to be hired. I had to ask and remind them couple of times to get my orientation scheduled.

Easy. HR lady takes forever to call you. She picks and chooses. I put on the application my race. Found out through other current employees only white Europeans, and Caucasians like her were getting the jobs.
