I was interviewed by the store manager and then via zoom by human resources. The store manager was not really an interview as I was already working there and when the post became available I was asked to apply for it. The human resources interview was the main interview.

What do you know about the process if a policy or code of conduct is not being followed?
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
