Entretien
The process is very awkward, you will sit with a panel of 3 managers or team leaders and they will ask a series of questions that have been pre-selected. Before the interview you have to do a typing and spelling test. If you are interviewing to promote within your division it is even more awkward because you have 30 minutes to write an essay and prepare a 5 minute presentation.
