The recruiter reached out 2 days after I applied to schedule a call to know more about my background. Then towards the end of the call scheduled she told me about the next steps and that I can expect a call for the next round the end of week. However, I was completely ghosted after this. Very unprofessional behavior from a company that prides itself in being Fortune 1.
