It took only a few days from when I applied to get called in for interview. When I went I did all three interviews in the same day. They called my references Friday and by Monday morning I was being called to ask to come in accept the job offer and sign papers for background check. Went and did my drug test and now I'm just waiting for the call for orientation!

It was very quick and to the point. General questions were asked. Such as why do you want to work here? Tell me about a difficult coworker etc…it depends on the location but on this one it was pretty straightforward

They ask me my previous related experience and ask me will I be available to work in weekends. Interview is easy. After the interview, two weeks later they told me that I am hired and ask me to visit store for training and procedures.

Very informal and easy. Asked basic information such as lifting weight above head. Was offered a position the next day. The interview was mostly used to show me around if I was interested.
