first is phone interview where they ask average management interview question
second interview is a phone interview with an ops manager where they ask about experience and background in management and dealing with people.
third is an in person interview with AGM, GM and HR manager where they as you your expectations and salary expectation and some general management interview questions

It'll be up to 3 managers, with each manager asking you series of questions with taking turns to answer them. The questions are pretty generic and its hard to show much about yourself with what is given.

Panel style, interview with facility senior leadership. They asked fairly generic questions, you could tell they were not really use to that style of interviewing since the majority of leadership that is hired, is promoted from within. There were not looking for the STAR method but that is how I answered most of my questions.
After the initial interview I came back for a final interview where they basically told me I got the job.
