it was ok. I am HR Professional and I still did not get the job. sometimes they make you feel that Wal-Mart is too good for people however, they still want you to shop there and be a customer.

Met with the store manager and current People Manager to discuss the job and my qualifications. Started as a "formal" interview with canned questions. Quickly became an informal interview to discuss my skills and requirements of the job. Very nice people!
Very formal and the interviewer is professional. It is a great opportunity. We had a great conversation about the position and the company. Looking forward to the next steps. I really appreciate it
