Clear online assessment then there will be a Group interview or individual interview with situational questions, personal information, past experience etc.
Later they will inform you about via email or phone call.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
