All applicants are preselected for the jobs before the interview process even starts. The only reason that interviews are given is so that it will be completely legal. Another way corporate is getting away with not following the rules.

The interview questions were based on inventory customer service, and other district parameters in which will help you receive bonuses.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
