It was a fifteen minute sit-down interview. During the interview, the interviewer explained the duties and responsibilities required of the position and my management background, resume, and so forth and so on.

Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however
