It was pretty easy and fast. I got a quick phone interview then a in-person interview 2 days later. Only asked me to tell her about myself and my schedule. There was a background check then you get your orientation date a few days later!

Good, straight forward behavioural focused. Group interview and everyone had a chance to answer. 20 minutes max. Interviewed with a CSM. Basic questions like tell me about yourself, situational questions like describing a time you had a disagreement with a coworker.

I received an email with an attachment to schedule an interview time. On the day I met with a manager and discussed my expectations, past job experiences and what positions were available.
