Walk into the store your interviewing for , feel the place , is there any chaos, if so leave it there, move on . Look at the shelves are they stocked, or are they open and missing products. Look at how the registers are functioning, are there long lines, any and all of these could signal poor management and at least, not enough personnel to properly move the customer through effectively.
