Due to an immediate need in our market, I was able to forego the regional selection meeting and interview with my store’s two co-managers. Normally, I would have been required to go before a panel at a full-day event, but I got lucky.

Change: Descibe a work-related situation where you and your team faced a significant change. How did you act as a change agent to ensure your team members embraced this change?
Hiring Process: How have you contributed to the hiring process for your team? What kinds of questions do you ask job candidates to make sure you are helping to set them up for success?
Resources: When an associate asks you about a specific policy or procedure that you are not familiar with, which resources do you utilize to find the answer?
Deadlines: Describe a time that you had to accomplish a significant amount of work to meet a tight deadline? How did you delegate and prioritize tasks to make sure you met that deadline?
Delegation: How do you decide which tasks to assign to each person on your team? How do you play to their strengths but also challenge them to keep learning?
Talent Development: How do prepare high-performing associates for their next steps in the company? Describe a specific instance where you identified a talented individual and prepared him/her to take on a higher role.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
