First interview is over the phone after the online application has been completed and passed.
If this interview satisfies the manager, you will be asked to come in for the carousel interview, where multiple managers interview you, and then you will be asked to do the walmart cheer. If you are desperate, make sure you show it with the cheer. If that goes well, you will be asked to come back, where a manager will give you some sheets and discuss your pay etc.

One on one interview with an assistant manager. Half the interview was a question and answer format, the other half was completing a written questionnaire. The total time involved was approximately 30 minutes.

Describe a time when you had to resolve a conflict with a teammate.
They just handed us availability sheets. It was during a prime covid time so they did not take a significant amount of time asking us questions. It wasn't difficult and I was hired and working within a week of the invitation for an interview.

They called me and just asked if I could tell them about myself and had me list any experience I had, and then they said I had the job. It was a very oddly simple process.
