First you talk to a member of lower management (usually your department manager), then you talk to an assistant manager. Both ask you a few questions on your experience, it can be from past jobs or just any experience that taught you the value they are asking about.

Super easy and casual. Asked my availability and previous work experience and then just explained the job to me. Took about ten minutes, just be available and agreeable and you’ll get it.
