3 step interview process. First is with the recruiter giving you a rundown of the interview process. It was two behavioral interviews with other partner mangers and then a 15 minute presentation of a topic of your choice where you try to convince someone of something. One of the behavioral interviews was with two team members in Bentonville. They were nice but one of them was a bit standoffish and rude. The second behavioral interview was with a partner in California. They were also very standoffish and late. Decided not to proceed to the third round.

First step was a phone call with the recruiter who reached out to me. Followed by a Hirevue virtual interview on the same day as the first call. Passed to the next round of interviews which consisted of 2 30 minute interviews with Partner Managers within Emerging sales. Then was passed to the final round with a executive/senior manager at Walmart Connect. The first set of interviews were easy and consisted of preparing a 15 minute presentation. The final interview was quite interesting as the interviewer didn't seem interested at all and instead of if being 30 minutes only lasted 14 minutes, not a lot of back and fourth.
