Excel document with a couple of tasks like splitting sentences, left join, right join etc. Then, they make you research information on partner/competitor banks like their APR, yield, overdraft fees.
Excell task sheet and creativity task. Didn't get called back after, weird assumption on people' credit knowledge. Had a GPA requirement which they didnt put on the website application. Very impersonal
Applied for a job posting through the recruitment process at my school. Before the interview, I was sent two tests to complete - a "creativity" test and an excel test.
